Hosting Companies that get paid for long term contracts that don't even backup your files and website

Topic: should be put out of business

I am not only amazed that the hosting company can stay in business, but a bit miffed that now I have to find my flash file which was my website and upset at myself that I did not have a copy/backup of  my own. but to anyone reading this, be very careful of HOST MONSTER.COM, they are without responsibility!
